Ten gentlemen turned up for today’s hotly contested tournament
James Stevens beat Derds (Martin Thackray!) in his final group match to get to the final unbeaten. As did Howie Pether, beating Nigel Piper. James then won 7-6 (7-5) in a great match to take the trophy.
Unfortunately there are no photos as the competitors were too engrossed in the competition and then the draw for a beer afterwards was too much!
